LDS provide high resolution site and property photographic surveys to support planning applications and wider activities under the Town and Country Planning Act or National Infrastructure Planning (DCO).

Defect Identification & Diagnosis

LDS produce detailed photographic and video inspection data, aiding in defect identification.

Our visual drone surveys can provide invaluable information when preparing building surveys, schedules of condition, vendor surveys or dilapidations reports and can assist in the decision-making process for defect rectification and mitigation works, using our high resolution images and videos.
